| 摘 要： | “先导后教”教学模式是在全面推进素质教育的改革思潮中产生的。分别对“先导后教”教学模式的概念、内 容、优势及不足等方面进行了分析和探讨,根据这种模式的特征对教师的教学提供了相应的教学建议和参考。
