| Abstract: | Dongtai Middle School of Jiangsu Province selects ＂diligence＂ as its school motto, and revolving around it, school culture is constructed with the school environment full of art connotation and cultural values. As a result, students, teachers and administrators effectively promote diligent learning, teaching and administration with students＇ aggressive learning, teachers＇ thoughtful teaching and administrators＇ quality administration, so that all teachers and students have achieved development and success in the process of participation in and dissemination of diligence school culture. |
