基于模糊积分的科技成果评价研究

摘    要:以科技成果的评价为例,首先分析了现有的科技评价方法中存在的不足。针对这些不足,提出了科技评价指标选取的原则,进而根据科技评价的特性提出相符合的评价计算方法:构建数值评估值与Choquest模糊积分。这一方法不仅让专家更直观地在定性指标上定性评价,而且也解决了指标间的出现相关性的问题。
