迷迭香对大强度耐力训练大鼠血清抗氧化酶活性及某些生化指标的影响

摘    要:以SD雄性大鼠为实验对象,通过建立大强度耐力训练运动模型,研究迷迭香及大强度耐力训练对大鼠血清抗氧化酶活及某些生化指标的影响,结果显示,大强度耐力训练可使大鼠血清中SOD、GSH-Px活性升高,CAT活性下降。服用迷迭香后,不论是安静组还是运动组这3种抗氧化酶活性都明显升高。大强度耐力训练后大鼠的1ib含量稍有下降,迷迭香可以改善这种现象,使大鼠Hb含量明显上升,提示迷迭香能提高有氧运动能力.运动状态下各组血清MDA含量分别低于其相应的安静状态下各组,服用迷迭香的运动、安静组血清MDA含量明显低于其相应的对照组服用迷迭香的大鼠血中肌酐含量明显高于其相应的对照组,说明迷迭香能增加肌肉中肌酸和磷酸肌酸含量,提高肌肉机能水平。

Abstract:This studies objects were SD rats( ♂ ), Progressing intensity endurance training set up the exercise models. The effect of Rosmarinus officinalis L. on the activity of the serum antioxidic enzyme and biochemical markers in male rats trained with intensive endurance was studied. The results showed that the intensive endurance training could make the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the serum improve, the activity of CAT descent. The activities of the three kinds of the serum antioxidic enzymes were apparently raised in the rest and exercise groups after taking Rosemary, The Hb content lightly decreases in the rats after the intensity endurance training, while Rosemary could improve this phenomenon and make the Hb content increase remarkably, which proves that Rosemary can increase the performance of the aerobic exercise. In Rosemary groups, the MDA contents is lower significantly than in control groups. The creatinine content in the serum is higher evidently in Rosemary groups than in the control groups, which hints that Rosemary can increase the concentrations of creatine and creatine phosphate in the muscle, protect the muscle function, delay the exercise fatigue happening, and promote performance of the exercise.
