| 摘 要： | 研发模式的选择是企业技术创新战略的重要组成部分,吸收能力则是技术创新的基础,为获取最佳的企业创新绩效以及长远的发展,企业有理由对这两者进行匹配,即在资源有限的情境下在不同吸收能力状况中优先选择某种研发模式。在先前研究的基础上将研发模式划分为内部研发和外部研发,用层次回归模型实证进行了分析,继而计算得到不同吸收能力情境下两种研发模式的创新绩效边际收益。研究发现,企业在低吸收能力下内部研发创新绩效边际收益大于外部研发,而在高吸收能力下内部研发创新绩效边际收益低于外部研发,据此提出了在不同吸收能力的情境下企业进行研发的最优资源分配路径。

| Abstract: | The choice of R&D patterns is an important part of firm's technology innovation strategy,and absorptive capacity is the base of technology innovation.In order to obtain greater innovation performance and long-term development,firms need to match these two elements,that is choosing the prior R&D pattern under different absorptive capacity context with limited resources.This paper divides R&D patterns into internal R&D and external R&D based on prior research.By means of hierarchical regression,the marginal revenue of different R&D modes is calculated.The result of this empirical study shows that the marginal revenue of internal R&D is greater than external R&D under low absorptive capacity context,but under high absorptive capacity context,the contrary is the case.And then,a best path of resources allocation in the progress of R&D is brought forward and discussed. |
