| 摘 要： | 教育公平是现代社会的普遍诉求,高等学校招生考试是维护高等教育公平的必要手段,而目前我国的大学招生考试中存在着一元化的考试模式,考生填报志愿没有充分的选择权,招生录取中还存在着"摘尖"等弊端。上述三大弊端的症结在于全国统一考试,若要解决以上问题,唯一的途径就是全面实施高校自主招生制度,这应该是高考改革的方向与选择。

| Abstract: | Education equity is a common requirement of the modem society,and the equity in higher education admission is a necessary method to insure the higher education equity.While in China,the testing model for higher education admission is still quite unified,and the candidates do not have enough rights of selection in their application for higher education,and in the real enroll- ment,there still exists the phenomenon of"only picking the best".The root of these problems is the unified National College Entrance Examination.Therefore the only solution to these problems is to conduct autonomous enrollment in the higher education institutions. |
