| 摘 要： | 21世纪东亚地区安全环境演化是一切关心东亚地区安全的人们备加关注的焦点问题。东亚地区安全环境直接影响中国的国家安全和新世纪发展战略目标的实现。中国对东亚地区的经济繁荣起着日益增强的牵引作用，中国对国际社会的贡献也首先体现在东亚的稳定和促进东亚的繁荣上。

| Abstract: | The safe environment of the East Asia region in the 21 century and its change is the focus problem concerned by the whole people who concern national security in East Asia .The safe environment of the East Asia region directly influences the realization of Chinese national security and the developing strategic target of the new century.China takes a increasing lead function in enhancing the economic prosperity of East Asia region and the contribution of China to the international society also first embodies the promotion of stability and prosperity in East Asia. |
