| 摘 要： | 良好的储位分配策略可以减少出入库移动的距离、缩短作业时间、充分利用存储空间。以汽车企业配送中心为例,采用固定储位集中存储和分类储位随机存储相结合的策略,利用信息系统提供的储位动态管理技术实现存储作业,满足工厂IIT供给。

| Abstract: | Dynamic location management is a very important step within the workflow of distribution center.Location strategy is mainly embodied by both location distribution direction at in-warehouse step and out-warehouse direction at out-warehouse step.This article takes distribution center of automobile enterprises for example.It adopts the strategy which combines concentrative dedicated location and classified random location,uses the technology of dynamic location management provided by information system to accomplish storage work,so as to satisfy JIT supply for factories. |
