摘    要:我院市场营销专业在工学结合的职业教育理念的指导下,形成了"三层三结合"人才培养模式。在市场营销课程改革中,通过课程目标的确定、学习情境设计与教学组织过程的创新,体现了这一人才培养模式,表现出高等职业教育的职业性、实践性和开放性特征,有利于学生职业能力的形成。

Abstract:Under the guidance of vocational education concept, the marketing specialty of our school has formed the talents training mode as" three levels and three combinations". This training mode has been reflected in the marketing curriculum reform, by setting course objectives, designing learning situations and innovating teaching organizational process, to show the features of higher voca- tional education as being professional,_ practical and open, thus helps students build their professional competence.
