| 摘 要： | 学风建设是高职院校坚持正确办学方向的内在要求，是加强思想政治教育工作的重要推力，在学风建设的过程中，思想政治教育对学风建设起到至关重要的作用，二者之间工作本质相同、目标基本一致、工作内涵休戚相关。高职院校应以思想政治教育带动学风建设，打造良好的学习环境和氛围，使学生增强求知的动力，规范学习制度，促进学风建设规范化。学风建设不仅要满足学校自身的建设发展需要，同时要符合时代的发展要求。学风建设面临的新问题与新挑战，要求学风建设必须认清新的发展规律。充分发挥思想政治教育多种载体作用，创新工作思路和方法。

| Abstract: | Construction of study ethos is an internal requirement for higher vocational colleges to stick to the right school running direction and a powerful force for ideological and political education. Ideological and political education plays an essential part in cultivating study ethos whose tasks and targets are similar to those of ideological and political education. In higher vocational colleges, construction of study ethos should be promoted by ideological and political education to establish good learning atmosphere, intensify the students＇ desire for knowledge and perfect learning regulations so that it can be standardized.Construction of study ethos has to satisfy the needs of development of both colleges and times. New problems and challenges confronted by cultivation of study ethos demand it to identify new developing rules, make full use of functions of various carriers of ideological and political education and innovate work ideas and methods. |
