| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着国民经济的快速发展,企业在国民经济中的主体地位越来越重要,企业对法治环境的需求也越来越迫切,然而,由于现阶段我国市场经济还不够发达,法制化整体上还不高,企业的法治化建设进程相对缓慢,客观上制约了企业科学发展。这就要求我们在建立相对稳定的市场经济的同时,实行依法治企,努力为企业的发展营造一个良好的法治环境。检察机关作为法律监督机关,在开展检察工作中,要充分认识为企业营造法治环境的重大意义,立足检察职能,不断创新服务企业的路径和方式,努力为企业发展营造一个良好的法治环境。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, enterprises become more arm more important in the national economy, and the demand for the rule of law environment is increasingly urgent. However, the legalization is not full- grown and the process of building enterprise legalization is relatively slow because of China＇ s less-developed market economy at this stage, which objectively restricts the scientific development of enterprises. This requires us to establish a relatively stable market e-conomy and to carry out the management of enterprise in accordance with the law, and to strive for a favorable legal environment for the development of enterprises. As a legal supervision organ, the procuratorial organ, should fully understand the great significance to create a legal environment for enterprise, innovate its way and mode based on procuratorial function to serve enterprises, and strive to create a favorable legal environment for the development of enterprises. |
