| 摘 要： | 专业课教师走进工厂进行挂职锻炼，参与企业的生产设计和技术开发，能提高自身的实践能力和教学能力，是培养教师“双师”素质的重要途径。通过对近几年专业教师到企业挂职的总体情况的总结，分析了专业教师从学校到企业所面临的困难，提出了对策：职业院校要在时间、任务、科研、政策考核等方面予以支持，并且学院与教师要共同努力来调动企业参与的积极性。

| Abstract: | Professional teachers enter the factory and hold a post, and participate in the production design and technology development. This approach can improve their practical ability and teaching ability. This is an important way to train ＂double qualified teacher ＂. Through analysis of the overall situation of professional teachers on the job placement in recent years＇s it analyzes difficulties faced by professional teachers from school to enterprise, and proposes countermeasures： vocational colleges should offer support from time, task, scientific research and policy check, and colleges should work together with teachers to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in. |
