| 摘 要： | 目的:了解高校学生辅导员的身心健康状况,为高校学生管理体系的人才培养提供心理学方面的依据.方法:使用SCL-90问卷进行测量,WJZ软件进行统计.结果:辅导员身心健康状况不容乐观,75%的人在各个方面有轻度症状;54.17%的人存在中度以上的问题,而16.67%的辅导员任一因子分≥4,存在严重心理问题的可能性.结论:辅导员整体身心健康状况不佳,需要进行多方位心理调适.

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand college student counselors' physical and mental health situation, and provides the psychological basis for college students training management system.Methods: SCL-90 question-naire used to measure, WJZ software used to sum up. Results: The counselors" physical and mental health is not optimistic, 75% of the people are in all aspects of mild symptoms;54.17% of people have the question of over moderate, and 16.67% of the counselors at any factor ≥ 4, there are serious psychological problems pos-sibilities. Conclusions: The counselors" overall physical and mental health is poor, need for multi-faceted psy-chological adjustment. |
