| 摘 要： | 三峡水库的蓄水，使泥石流发生的自然环境发生改变；库区移民的后靠，使土地的承载压力加大；加之城镇迁建中大量不合理的工程活动．加剧了库区泥石流活动，严重制约着三峡库区社会经济环境可持续发展。在研究库区泥石流形成原因的基础上，分析了泥石流活动发展变化的主要特征，认为人为泥石流将明显增多从而对城镇建设不利．提出了泥石流灾害的防治策略。 |

| Abstract: | The natural environment of the debris flow's generation had changed much after the Three-gorge Reservoir storing water.The soil bearing pressure had increased much after the migrating people relocated behind in a high place.Add that many not very appropriate projects were carried out in the city's reconstruction.So the sustainable development of society,economy and environment in the area around the Three Gorges Reservoir are restrained much.This paper analyzed the main characters of the debris flow's development and change based on the research of the causation of the Three-gorge Reservoir Area's debris flow,and the conclusions are: the number of the manmade debris flow will increase,and this is harmful to the city's reconstruction.At last,the corresponding countermeasures are provided. |
