| 摘 要： | 县级电大是整个电大系统的基础,在改革大潮的冲击下,县级电大遇到了严竣的生存危机。本文试图从县级电大自身职能定位的缺失与错位上解读这一现象的成因。同时,在冷静客观地分析县级电大生存环境的基础上,认清县级电大的优势,提出县级电大职能定位“多元化”的设想。

| Abstract: | TV and Radio University in county is the base of the whole system of the TV and radio Universities.With the development of the reform trend,the TV and Radio University is facing a severe crisis to live continuously.This paper tries to explain the reasons why this phenomenon happens.One of the reasons is that its own function and dislocation have great deal with it.On the other hand,after analyzing the living environment of the TV and Radio Universities in county calmly and objectively,this essay also mentions a new idea that the function orientation of TV and Radio University in county can be multifeceted. |
