摘    要:本文以弗洛伊德人格结构理论为指导,思考青少年的人格发展历程,针对幼年期、少年期、青年期的人格形成规律及社会转型期外部环境的特点,提出各阶段教师的作用。

Abstract:This article is guided by Floyd' s personality - structure theory, and has studied the course of adolescent' s personality development, and puts forward the teachers' functions according to the rule of personality formation from infancy stage, juvenile stage to adolescent stage and the feature of external environment during the social transformation period.
