20%丰抗乐水剂对小麦产量性状及蛋白质含量的影响

摘    要:通过田间试验对20%丰抗乐水剂不同施药量下新麦19号的穗粒数、穗重、千粒重、小区产量、株高和蛋白质含量进行了研究.结果表明,施用不同剂量20%丰抗乐水剂对小麦的正常生长无不良影响.每亩施用50 g、100g、150 g 20%丰抗乐水剂,小麦株高分别比对照降低了2.5 cm、4.5 cm、10.5 cm,分别比对照药剂15%多效唑可湿性粉剂降低了1.1 cm、3.1 cm、9.1 cm,并达到了极显著水平.除每667 m~2施用50 20%丰抗乐水剂的处理的蛋白质含量低于对照外,其他处理均高于对照,每667 m~2施用150 g 20%丰抗乐水剂的处理与对照药剂差异达极显著水平.每667 m~2施用50 g、100 g、150 g 20%丰抗乐水剂的处理,其穗粒数、千粒重和小麦产量均高于对照.本试验结果表明,小麦拔节后喷施20%丰抗乐水剂可较好地降低小麦株高,提高小麦蛋白质含量,增加粒重、提高千粒重,具有一定增产效果,且优于对照药剂15%多效唑可湿性粉剂.在生产上推广使用以20%丰抗乐水剂150g/667m~2较为宜.

Abstract:The effects of 20%fengkangle solution on the yield and protein content of xinmail9 was studied.The results showed that there is no adverse effect on wheat growth when applying 20%fengkangle.When applying 50 g, 100 g,150 g 20%fengkangle agent per 667 m~2,the height of wheat was decreased 2.5 cm,4.5 cm,10.5 cm compared to control respectively,and was decreased 1.1 cm、3.1 cm、9.1 cm compared to 15%paclobutrazol respectively and achieved a significant level.The content of protein of treatment with 50 g 20%fengkangle was lower than that of control,other treatments were higher than control.Treatment with 150 g 20%fengkangle is extremely significant compare to control.Panicle increased 0.11 g,0.14 g,0.15 g,respectively.The weight increased 0.1 g,0.7 g,1.0 g,the wheat yield increased 1.80 g,6.01 g,7.52 g.Experiments proved that using solution of 20%fengkangle at the stage after wheat spraying can better reduce wheat plant height.improve protein content,and increase grain weight,and increase yield compared to control and 15%paclobutrazol.the effect of applying 20%fengkangle was more obvious. When applying agent of 20%fengkangle to field production,150 g/667 m~2 is more better.
