玉米螟成虫羽化早期飞行能力研究

摘    要:利用昆虫飞行磨测试玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis成虫羽化早期1~4日龄在室温条件下的飞行能力,最终获得22头个体的飞行数据,其中最大累计飞行距离为5 952.06 m,最长累计飞行时间为7 279.55 s,平均飞行速度最大为1.23 m/s,最大飞行速度1.55 m/s,最久单次起飞飞行时间最大值为4 902.21 s,最远单次起飞平均速度最大值为1.28 m/s,最远单次起飞飞行距离最大值为2 895.92 m.统计分析结果表明:玉米螟羽化早期的雌雄虫在飞行距离、飞行时间、平均飞行速度、最大飞行速度、最久单次起飞所飞行的时间、最远单次起飞平均速度、最久单次起飞所飞行的距离等方面差异均不显著(P〉0.05).

Abstract:Seven parameters of flight capacities of early adult of Ostrinia furnacalis(Lepidoptera:Pyralidae) were derived from 22 specimens with successful flights on flight mills in open air condition.The maximums of those seven parameters,accumulative flight distance,accumulative flight duration,mean of flight velocity,maximum of flight velocity,flight duration of one takeoff with biggest duration,mean velocity of one takeoff with longest flight journey and flight distance of one takeoff with longest flight journey,are 5 952.06 m,7 279.55 s,1.23 m/s,1.55 m/s,4 902.21 s,1.28 m/s and 2 895.92 m,respectively.The statistical analysis shows that between male and female the difference of accumulative flight distance,of accumulative flight duration,of mean flight velocity,of maximum of flight velocity,of flight duration of one takeoff with biggest duration,of mean velocity of one takeoff with longest flight journey,and of flight distance of one takeoff with longest flight journey all was not significant(P0.05).
