| 摘 要： | 由于加拿大联邦政府没有联邦教育部或者类似机构，也没有全国性的统一教育政策和规章制度，各省之间经济发展水平参差不齐，因此各省都建立了适合自身发展的、相对独立的教育体制，各省在学制、课程、考试等方面都不完全相同，加拿大各省教育事务由各省教育部负责，省际之间的教育交流与合作由各省教育部长组成的教育部长理事协调。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of film industry, compound talents are needed in the field of film and television. The Film and Television Multimedia Technology Specialty （FTMTS） sets up a platform for training and providing talents for the society. This article discusses the importanee of the setting-up of this specialty and its personnel training program, and especially focuses on its curriculum construction. |
