| Abstract: | The article analyses the development process of Oriental Group about more than 30 years. It has three stages, such as starting the erterprise, changing direction and going public. The article analyses the environment and strategies of each stage. The Conclusion is that the enterprise should formulate strategy according to enterprise resources and external environment. The strategy should be prospective. |
