| 摘 要： | 二十一世纪的高等学校财务管理工作，必须要适应新的形势和新的要求。我国高等学校应建立健舍“统一领导，集中或分级管理”的财务管理体制，改革传统的财务管理方法，强化预算管理，向高校管理要效益。
