| 摘 要： | 通过献资料和归纳总结的方法，分析和探讨了在体育基础理论课程中进行素质教育的途径、方法及重要性。结论表明：体育基础理论课程是个体素质教育的需要，研究体育基础理论课程的特点与学习方法，探讨其教学改革途径和趋势，加强其教学，是推行素质教育，培养高素质体育人才的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Quality education is the tendency of Chinese education and it is also an important task of higher education. Courses of essential theory on physical education is necessary to individual quality education. To research on the characteristic and learning method of the courses, and discuss the way and the tendency of the teaching reform, and enforce the teaching is the important contents to propel quali-ty physical education and cultivating high-quality experts. |
