| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]鉴于目前机构知识库的相关研究主要集中在理论、技术支持和平台建设等方面,欠缺对机构知识库质量控制与内容评价的有效方式的研究,利用Altmetrics可以弥补传统计量学方法评价和机构知识库质量控制方面的不足。方法/过程]根据机构知识库的特点,从机构知识库整体、特定资源和发布者角度提出可用于机构知识库评价的Altmetrics指标;依据不同的机构知识库开发平台系统,归纳总结其所具有的Altmetrics功能,并进一步结合实例进行分析。结果/结论]总结国内机构知识库建设发展的情况及其现有的评价指标,发现传统评价指标可以与Altermetrics指标互相补充,认为Altermetrics在机构知识库的应用具有良好的发展前景。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Institutional repository is a kind of effective form in academic exchanges under open access environment. Whereas the current research mainly focus on the theory, technology and system, lacking an effectively method to control the quality and make evaluations.Method/process] This paper use altmetrics to make up this shortage. This paper designs a series of index which is divided into three aspects according to the characteristic of IR.Result/conclusion] This paper lists the functions of internal IR. As a result, the utilization of domestic IR has a good support to the index designed by this research. Altmetrics has a good prospect for development in IR and it could be integrated into the domestic IR construction in future. This research is an innovation of application of altmetrics and IR quality controlling and evaluation. |
