短期强度负荷对射击运动员脑神经递质的影响

摘    要:对16名广东省射击运动员短期大强度负荷后的脑神经递质的变化情况进行了监测.结果表明,Ach活性显著升高,Glu、5-HT、DA呈上升趋势,GABA、NE呈下降趋势.提示我们短期大强度负荷未引发中枢疲劳和焦虑.在提高和增强射击运动员的兴奋性和学习记忆能力方面具有一定的作用,短期大强度训练有利于运动员掌握和提高运动技能水平.

Abstract:The changes of brain neurotransmitter after a short-term intensive load in 16 shooting athletes of Guaugdong Province were monitored,and the results show that Ach activity was significantly higher,Glu,5-HT,DA with a rising trend,GABA,NE with a downward trend.It is suggested that the short-term intensive load didn't initiate central fatigue and anxiety,it had a certain function on improving and strengthening the excitability and the ability of learning and memory of shooting player,the short-term intensive t...
