论高等学校教育质量内部保障体系的构建

摘    要:高等学校教育质量外部保障与内部保障各有优势与缺陷,高等学校作为学术自治机构,必须构建教育质量内部保障体系。目前高等学校教育质量内部保障在由谁来保障、保障什么、如何保障方面认识不足,高等学校必须建立分工协作的保障主体,在输入质量、过程质量、输出质量和系统效率上进行保障,并建立行之有效的保障机制,从而实现高质量人才的培养。

Abstract:The interior and exterior safeguard of high-education quality have their own advantage and disadvantage respectively. Institute of high-education, an organization of academic autonomous, it must establish interior safeguard system of education. Cur-rently, the interior safeguard of high-education quality is lacking of cognition about safeguard by who, on what and how to do it. Institute of high-education must establish principal part of safeguard which can divide the work and cooperation, safeguard from quality of input, process, output and efficiency of system, and set up effective safeguard system, to realize cultivation of talents with high quality.
