| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,在敌后被残酷封锁的环境下,挖掘经济资源潜力,支持持久抗战,有必要将民间资本在产业间重新配置,改造落后产业,发展资本主义新兴工商产业,重点之一是改造土地产业,重点之二是改造传统封建性借贷产业.后者引起一些负面效应,私营工商业的发展差强人意.1942年后根据地开始采取一些补救措施,但囿于各种主客观因素,产业革命的大业难毕其功.

| Abstract: | in the period of resistance to Japanese aggression, in the blocked surrounding, the lasting resistance desired to exploit the potential of economical resource, to distribute capital of industries again, to revolve the backward industries, to develop the new ones. There were two measures, i.e. reforming the land industry and the traditional industry of finance. The later brought some passive results, and the personal new industries were not satisfying. Some remedy were implemented after 1942, but because of a kind of factors, the enterprise of industrial revolution could not be achieved. |
