| 摘 要： | 在现代市场经济条件下,进行产品创新是提高企业竞争力的决定因素。中小企业产品创新风险评估是企业产品创新决策过程中的重要步骤,影响产品创新活动成败的风险因素广泛涉及到技术、市场和企业资源等。本文在借鉴国内外相关研究成果理论的基础上,结合国内中小企业产品创新特点,建立起一套适合中小企业产品创新的风险评估指标体系。

| Abstract: | Under the modern market economical condition, carrying on the product innovation is the determining factor that enhances the enterprise competitive ability. The product innovation risk appraisal of mid-and small-scale enterprise is the important step in the enterprise product innovation decision process. The risk factor, which affects the product innovation success or failure, widely involves to the technology, the market and the enterprise resources and so on. In profits from the domestic and foreign correlations research achievement theory in the foundation, this article unifies the product innovation characteristic of the home mid- and small-scale enterprise, and establishes a set of the product innovation risk appraisal target system that suits mid- and small-scale enterprise. |
