高职高专应用性人才创新培养的模糊评价模型

摘    要:高职高专教育创新的内涵就是培养学生的创新精神和创新能力。如果把教育创新的任务作进一步分解,就是要培养学生的创新意识、创新思维、创新技能、创新情感和创新人格。利用模糊数学的理论,从分析教育观念与思想的创新、教育内容与课程的创新、教育教学方法与手段的创新、教师素质和要求的创新以及教育教学管理体制的创新等五个主要因素着手,构建了高职高专教育应用性人才创新培养的模糊评价模型。运用此评价模型,可以对教育创新力度进行数量上的评价。

Abstract:The meaning of the innovation of the higher vocational and junior college education is that innovation spirit and the innovation ability of the student is trained. i.e. The innovation of the education contains innovation consciousness, innovation thinking, innovation technical ability, innovation emotion and innovation personality. By the theory of fuzzy mathematics, analyzing the innovation of the idea and thought of education, innovation of education contents and course, innovation of education teaching method and means, innovation of teacher's character and the request and innovation of educate manage etc,the fuzzy evaluation model of the innovation train of application person with ability of the higher profession and junior college education is constructed. With this evaluation model, the educating innovation strength can be evaluated on the quantity.
