| 摘 要： | 从威客模式的概念以及它的三种实现形式入手,分析了威客模式与传统虚拟参考咨询模式不同之处,指出当前图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务模式存在的问题,论述了图书馆虚拟参考咨询应该如何借鉴威客理念,创新思路更完善更高层次地发展虚拟参考咨询服务,从而让图书馆参考咨询得到升值.
