| Abstract: | Through the analysis of some project construction cases, it was demonstrated that the participation of supervision engineer in the optimizing of project design schemes could have a positive effect on improving project efficiency. It was stressed that supervision engineer should upgrade his own qualities for effective participation in the optimizing of project design schemes. The updating of some concepts held by related construction companies or organizations for the supervision engineer's better participation in the optimizing of project design schemes was proposed. |
