| 摘 要： | 近年来随着房地产市场的迅速发展，我国的房地产是否存在泡沫越来越受到人们的专注。根据成都市房地产市场近几年的发展状况，运用指标分析的方法对成都房地产市场的泡沫进行定量检验。最后提出从加强监督、抑止投机和建立预警体系三个方面预防房地产泡沫的对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China's real estate market,people are concerned about whether or not there is a real estate bubble.On the basis of collection of information and data from Chengdu's real estate market,this essay analyses the condition of Chengdu's real estate market and does a positive study on the real estate bubbles in Chengdu.Then it gives some control measures of real estate bubbles. |
