高校人力资源成本问题的探讨

摘    要:随着社会对高教需求的增加,非义务教育向经营化转变,学校对内部各种资源的调整控制就尤为重要。而在高校教育成本中,人力成本和管理成本比重最高,它直接影响着培养出来的学生的质量。因此,加强对高校人力资源主体经费计入教育成本、离退休人员经费计入教育成本、合同制及工勤人员经费计入教育成本等问题的探讨,树立成本效益意识,对实现人力资源最优配置和获取最大效益就显得尤为关键。

Abstract:With the increasing demand of the society for higher education and the transformation of non-compulsory education to operation,the control of various resources inside the school becomes more and more important.Manpower and management cost accounts for the highest proportion of the education cost of higher education institutes,which has a direct influence on the quality of students.Therefore,to reach the optimal allocations of manpower resources and maximize the benefit,this paper proposes to enhance cost-benefit consciousness by probing into the issues such as counting the outlay of the principal part of manpower resources,the outlay of the retired staff,contract workers and odd-jobmen into the education cost.
