| 摘 要： | 电大远程开放教育实施多媒体英语教学，运用多媒体技术丰富和改善英语教学环境，符合以“学生为中心”的现代教学理念，有利于激发学生自主学习的兴趣，有利于突出重点，解决疑点和难点．有利于发挥学生语言交际的能动性和创造性，培养创新思维，从而全面提高英语教学质量。

| Abstract: | Carrying out multi - media English teaching in TVU long-distance open education and u-sing it to enrich and improve English teaching environment is in accord with the modern teaching idea "students as the center". It is helpful in stirring the students' autonomous learning interest; in giving prominence to the key points; in clearing up difficult and doubtful points; in working out the students' subjective activity and creativeness in language communication; in training their creative thinking; and accordingly improving the quality of English teaching as a whole. |
