| 摘 要： | 没有规范和监督机制，权力就会被滥用，行政权力更是如此。在我们建设法治社会的进程中，我国的行政权力在行使过程中存在着一些权力滥用问题。为了更好的发挥行政权的职能，有必要加强对行政权的规范和制约，以此适应我国法治国家建设的要求。

| Abstract: | The power especially administration power is usually constructing nomoeracy society.In order to better exert the function of administration power,it's necessary to strengthen criterion and abused when the absence of criterion and supervision mechanism.Some abuse issues of our national administration power exist restriction to administration power,which is also fit for the demand constructing nomoeracy nation in China. |
