| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对我国的高等教育提出了更高的要求，高等学校为创新型，复合型人才的成长建立多样化的培养模式，提高教师的综合素质和师资队伍的整体实力，构建适应社会经济发展的学科专业体系，以提高教学质量，培养具有国际竞争力的人才。

| Abstract: | Higher education is faced with more challenges after China's getting into WTO. It must set up certain training patterns for innovative persons. For this reason, integrative qualities and comprehensive power of teachers must be improved. At the same time, a subject system, adapted to social economic development, ought to be constructed. Thus the teaching quality could get improved to bring up innovative persons to meet the international competitions. |
