| 摘 要： | 模拟音视频档案数字化后信息质量是否达到使用和长期存储的目的取决于音视频档案原件的质量、数字化采集各种设备和设施、数字化参数选择以及对数字化后的音视频信息修复、纠正和检查。为实现数字化过程中音视频档案质量控制,需对信息质量进行评价。本文对影响音视频档案信息质量的因素进行了分析,为开展信息质量评价,对音视频档案样本的选择、参数的设置、评价方法的确定等进行研究,以便于档案馆开展声像档案的抢救性保护工作。

| Abstract: | Analog audio-visual archives need to control its quality in digitization in order to achieve the purpose of use, and long-term storage. The quality of the digitization information depends on the quality of the original audio-visual archives, digital equipment and facilities, digital parameter as well as repairing, correcting, and check the information after digitization. To reach the purpose of quality control, we should evaluate the quality of information. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of audio-visual archives information, and studies the selection of samples of audio-visual archives, parameter setting, the determination of evaluation method, in order to carry out the information quality evaluation, which can help the archives do the rescue protection of audio-visual archives work. |
