| 摘 要： | 本文对目前中国职业足球俱乐部存在的注册、法律组织形式、法人治理结构等方面的问题进行了剖析 ,阐述了职业俱乐部公司化的优越性 ,提出了中国职业足球俱乐部的公司形式 ,即设立或改制为有限责任公司和股份有限公司。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the registration, the organization with law, corporation management structure of Chinese professional soccer club. The advantage of corporation is also explained in the paper. Thus, the author put forward the form for Chinese professional soccer club, namely, limited corporation and stock limited corporation. |
