| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计方法 ,对山西省中型城市老年人体育锻炼目的、内容、特点、方式以及老年人体育消费状况和消费取向进行调查 ,对影响和制约老年人参加健身活动的因素进行分析 ,总结出山西省中型城市老年人参加健身活动的特点 ,指出制约老年人参加健身活动的个人、社会、行政主管部门因素。
