| 摘 要： | 体验式教师教育模式强调"以教育实践和教育研究为主线贯穿始终",具体为学生首先要在体验中积累经验,然后在教师的指导下进行课堂讨论,再进一步研究、探索。体验式教师教育模式包括四个要素:教育观念的体验,教育思维方式的体验,教育教学的方法、技术和艺术的体验,教师的教育风格类型的体验。

| Abstract: | The experience-oriented teacher education mode emphasizes the practice and research throughout the whole process of education. In the process students accumulate experiences first, then discuss questions under the teacher's instruction in class and after that make further researcher. In the mode there are four important factors: the experience of educational concepts, experience of educational way of thinking, experience of teaching methods, techniques and arts, and experience of educational style. |
