| Abstract: | This article carries out the investigation and statistics of citation of papers published in 1998 in 25 titles of core journals in machinery and instrument industry, which are collected by “Compendium of Chinese Core Journals”, quantitatively analyses the average number of papers per issue, the quantity of citations, the types of documents,the distribution of languages and year,the cited frequency, and comprehensively evaluates its standard and law of citations. |
