| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨雄黄对小鼠胃癌细胞株M FC的抑制作用.方法:采用小鼠腋下接种肿瘤细胞悬液,再给予剂量为6.5mg/10g的雄黄液灌胃,观察肿瘤生长变化.结果:雄黄对MFC的抑瘤率为65.4%.结论:雄黄对MFC的生长具有明显的抑制作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the inhibitory effects of Realgar on MFC in mice.Methods After inoculating tumor cell suspension to oxter of mice,the tumor growth in mice administrated with Realgar orally in doses(6.5mg/10g) were observed.Results Inhibitory rates of Realgar on MFC were 65.4%.Conclusion Realgar has significant inhibitory effects on MFC. |
