摘    要:两汉时期,都江堰水利工程的成功,促进了蜀地农、牧、渔、副业的发展,为蜀地饮食发达提供了丰足的物质基础,使成都平原有了"天府之国"的美称。城市商业繁荣,又对蜀地饮食文化发达产生了强劲的社会推动力,带来蜀地饮食文化长足的发展。在四川成都、彭县、新都、广汉等地出土的大量画像砖石上,农作、捕鱼、庖丁、宴饮、市井等内容丰富多彩,为我们提供了生动、翔实的史证,揭示了当时人们饮食生活水平的极大提高。

Abstract:The success of Dujianyan Hydraulic System in Lianghan period had promoted the development of agriculture, husbandry, fishery and sidelines, which laid a good foundation to the catering development of the region, earning the Chengdu Plain "A Nature' s Storehouse". Meanwhile, the prosperity of the city' s commerce has become the power to push forward the region' s catering culture, bringing the culture a considerable progress. From the unearthed bricks with figures of Chengdu, Peng County, Xindu and Guanghan of Sichuan, rich contents in fanning, fishery, butchering, banquets and marketplaces prove us lively and vividly about the region, showing the high level of catering of people of the time.
