| 摘 要： | 阐述了刚健精神的内涵,分析了当前大学生缺失刚健精神的种种表现:思想上,存在着理想信仰迷失的倾向;利益观上,表现出对社会利益、集体利益的淡漠和忽视;价值观上,存在着个人主义、拜金主义的倾向: 不重视个人修养与品德的提升;缺乏爱心和公德心等等。从社会、教育和学生自身三个角度对当前大学生刚健精神缺失的原因加以探讨和分析,并提出了强化大学生刚健精神的五点对策:努力发挥中国传统文化的积极功能; 将刚健精神的培养纳入学生人生观教育之中;注重加强教师人格力量对学生的影响;加强校园文化建设;尤其注重加强大学生自身刚健素质的培养．

| Abstract: | The article elaborated the connotation of vigorous spirit, analyzed several performances of lacking vigorous spirit on current university student, such as: the tendency of losing idea and belief on thought; disregarding or neglecting social benefit and collective interests; the tendency of individualism and money worship; neglecting of individual tutelage and the personal character promoting; lacking compassion and public-spirited, and so on. The article analyzed the main reasons of lacking vigorous, spirit from three aspects: society, education and student. Therefore, five countermeasures to raise the university student's vigorous spirit were proposed: displays the positive function of Chinese traditional culture; brings the education of raising vigorous spiritual into students' life education; pay more attention to the influence of teacher's personality on the student; strengthens the campus cultural reconstruction especially on developing university student own vigorous quality. |
