| 摘 要： | 课堂教学是教师完成教学任务的主要方式，教师进行教学反思应该直面课堂教学。课堂教学可分为课前、课中和课后三个阶段，教学反思贯穿于课堂教学的全过程。在此前提下可着力探讨课堂教学三个阶段教学反思的目标、特性和实施策略等方面的问题。

| Abstract: | Classroom teaching is the main way to finish teaching task,so teachers' teaching reflection should face to it.Classroom teaching may be divided into three stages: before-class,in-class and after-school,and teaching reflection should be implemented during the whole course.Based on this point,the paper mainly studies the purpose,characteristics and some strategies of teaching reflection. |
