摘    要:该研究以泉州市公办园教师为主要对象,就幼儿教师学习自觉性程度、学习动机、学习内容与方式(途径)及影响教师学习的主要因素进行了问卷调查.调查得出以下结论:幼儿教师读书现状(特别是自学专业书刊)亟需改善;实践性知识的丰富应引起教师培养机构的高度重视;重视并发挥同伴在幼儿教师学习与专业发展中的作用;在教师职后培训工作中应实施分层培训制度,以提高教师培训的实效性.

Abstract:The research focuses on the investigation of the following issues:teacher's studying initiative,studying motivation,studying contents studying approach,and factors influencing teacher's studying.The main objects are kindergarten teachers of Quanzhou city.The conclusions are as follows:The current condition of kindergarten teacher's reading should be improved,especially reading professional books by themselves;Richening practical knowledge should be attached full attention by preschool normal school;Function of peer in teacher's studying and professional development should be valued and put into practice;The system of teacher on-service training according to the teacher who are different professional development stage should be implemented.
