| 摘 要： | 文章主要围绕贯彻落实《决定》精神 ,对加强高校党风建设阐述了看法 ,认为党风建设主要是领导班子的作风建设、各项制度建设及坚持改革和发展。作风建设又主要包括坚持正确的思想路线、工作作风建设和领导作风建设 ;制度建设包括党内生活制度、理论学习制度、党风廉政建设、师德师风建设等等
