| 摘 要： | 创新素质是在知识能力基础之上内化而采的特殊素质，它直接决定着创新活动的开展、持续和完成。创新素质结构是个综合复杂多维的组合体，由创新意识、创新能力、创新人格三个子系统整合而成。创新素质在现代人才素质中具有举足轻重的地位。

| Abstract: | Innovative quality is a special quality which stems from the basis of knowledge ability, and it directly decides the carrying out, continuing and completing of innovative activities. The structure of innovative quality is a complex and multidimensional combination, which consists of three subsystems of innovative awareness, innovative ability, and innovative personality. Innovative quality plays a very important part in the modem talent quality. |
