| 摘 要： | 明代中期以后,中国人开始大规模地向海外经商和移民,其活动范围主要是日本、菲律宾群岛、印尼群岛和中南半岛的一些国家.至清初以前,上述各地华人华侨的职业以经商为主,他们凭借辛勤艰苦的劳动和敏锐超卓的商业智慧,取得了事业的成功.本文即从市场开发、商品创新、资源配置、合作关系及经营方式、经营原则等方面,对明代海外华商的经营活动作一分析探讨.

| Abstract: | After Mid-Ming dynasty,the Chinese people traded and immigrated overseas on a large scale,especially to Japan,Philippines,Indonesia and IndoChina Peninsula.Before the early Qing dynasty,most of the Chinese people in those regions were merchants.By virtue of their hard work and great wisdom,they succeeded in business.This article will do research into the operating activities of overseas Chinese merchants from six aspects. |
