| 摘 要： | 地方高校的快速发展，仍需着眼于发展的长足性，依托特色专业的建设，形成地方高校谋发展、求共存的有力支持。本文首先针对地方高校特色专业建设现状，从专业建设的思想意识、资源配置、科研力量等方面，阐述了地方高校特色专业建设中存在的问题。随后针对存在的问题，从明确办学定位、培育特色专业优秀教师团队、建立科学的激励机制等方面，分析了新时期地方高校特色专业建设的创新之路。
