| 摘 要： | 中等职业教育是以就业为导向的应用型教育，语文是中等职业学校学生必修的文化基础课程。鲜明的职业导向要求中职语文教学必须以社会实际用人需要为出发点，积极推行教学改革，以语文高效课堂的构建培养优化学生职业素质，促进学生职业发展，提高学生的求职就业能力。
